Our Drill Team is a fun and exciting way to spend time and enjoy your horse.

The "Riders of Faith" Drill Team is a Christian ministry of Shepherd’s Valley Cowboy Church. We ride to honor our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We participate in drill competitions, parades, grand entries as well as special events. We also assist SVCC with the Children’s Church riding lessons and the horseback rides at our Fall Festival.

Rider requirements: Positive Christian attitude, team player, safety conscious, control of horse at various speeds, good judgment and good equitation.

Horse requirements: Obedient, social, well mannered, healthy and in good condition, clean, clipped and groomed when required, keep current coggins, health certificate when required.

Members: Must be able to attend drill practices/meetings, purchase uniforms, tack, equipment, pay for their own transportation, competition and arena fees, and be willing to raise funds for the team as well as help with team activities.
