Plowman Creek, on Lake Whitney, (Kopperl, TX)

This will be our fourth annual combined Cowboy Church Trail Ride co-hosted with Open Range Cowboy Church, (Lake Whitney, TX).   Cedar Creek Cowboy Church and 2-3 others are expected to attend as well.  A highlight of this event is a great lunch gathering, attended by dozens of non-riders as well, where Open Range usually supplies the meat and everyone else brings a side dish, dessert, or something else to share.  There are 4 places for equestrian camping, each having both water and electricity.  However, they fill up fast.  You should plan on bringing your own water and electricity, just in case.  This also makes a very good day ride since it is only about 45 minutes form the church.
