Luke 10:19 God has given me authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm me.

Ephesians 1:20-22; 2-6 Christ is seated in heavenly places and I am seated in him.  He is above all principalities and powers and all things are under His feet.

James 4:7 I submit myself to God, I resist the devil and he must flee.

Matthew 16:19 As a disciple of Christ I have the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven; and whatever I bind on this earth is bound and whatever I loose is loosed.
